Shipping Policy

At ZEELUXE MART, we work with trusted third-party suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners to deliver selected pet toys and accessories to our customers. Because some products may ship directly from supplier or fulfillment locations, shipping times, carriers, packaging, and delivery methods may vary by product and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed after payment is successfully completed and order details are verified. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing time, weekends, holidays, and order volume.

Once an order has been processed or submitted to our supplier or fulfillment partner, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the product, shipping destination, carrier service, supplier location, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer. If a delivery delay occurs, we will do our best to assist you and provide available tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, free shipping offers, or delivery charges will be shown at checkout when applicable. Free shipping may be available on selected products, promotions, or order values, but it is not guaranteed unless clearly displayed at checkout.

Multiple Packages

Because we may use different suppliers or fulfillment partners, items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ZEELUXE MART is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@zeeluxemart.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Depending on your location and the shipping origin, some orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

ZEELUXE MART is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, supplier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@zeeluxemart.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and help coordinate with the supplier, fulfillment partner, or carrier where possible.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailbox areas, or the local carrier office.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries, regions, remote areas, or addresses. If we are unable to ship your order, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
